It seems Ava has inherited Sheri's love of books. She hasn't figured out the reading thing yet, but she likes to turn the pages. Yesterday I was surprised to see her sit down with her ABC's book and start turning the pages while saying her own version of the ABC's.

WOW... you have no idea who I am, we are strangers yet I feel a very strong connection to you. I am approaching the 3 year anniversary to losing my sweet big sister Candace to almost the very same situation. Our precious Garrett survived and will soon be 3, as well as her oldest Colton who is now 5. I was just blog hopping and some how came across your story... My heartaches for you all as I know how badly my family still struggles. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.
