August 30th marked two years since Sheri left this life and Ava came to this earth. We tried to do some special things again this year to commemorate this very crappy/happy day.
One thing that we decided to do different this year was to go and have our pictures taken. Abbey picked out matching outfits for herself and Ava (Luckily they didn't have any my size).
Abbey picked out some flowers and we took them to Sheri's grave. Abbey and Ava enjoyed running around and playing at the cemetery until it was almost dark.
Sheri, everytime I look at Ava I am reminded of the selfless sacrifices that you made for our family a very long two years ago. We will always love and cherish you for the amazing woman that you were and still are.
