Easter!

Abbey, Ava and Eric had a fantastic Easter this year. Abbey and Ava got to go on two Easter egg hunts with friends.

 

Here they are before the hunt started.

 

Ava didn’t want to go in the street with the other kids.

 

Best friends showing off all the eggs they found. If you look closely you can see some of the jewelry the Easter Bunny brought Abbey. I’m pretty sure Sheri is not happy with that Easter Bunny!

 

It took Ava a little while to figure out what Easter was all about, but once she realized it was about candy there was no stopping her. She even resorted to stealing eggs from other kids.

Even though we were missing an important member of our family this Easter our faith in Jesus Christ lifted our heavy hearts with the knowledge that someday we will be reunited!
